Coaches: Speed, Agility & Running club is coached by Brian Thomas of the Kenosha Running Company and Dr. Joe Perry of Sports Physical Therapists. Thomas has been part of the Kenosha running scene for over 40 years and currently coaches cross country and spring track at Christian Life School. Perry, a doctor of physical therapy, will bring a different skillset to the program, focusing on plyometrics and agility.
